At the Academy of Modern Learning, we believe in a smooth and transparent admission process that ensures every applicant is guided step-by-step. Our goal is to make the journey from inquiry to enrollment seamless for both students and parents.

Step-by-Step Admission Process:

  1. Enquiry & Counseling

    • Interested students or parents can enquire via our website, call, or visit the campus.
    • Our admission counselor will provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, fee structure, and campus facilities.
  2. Application Form Submission

    • Fill out the Admission Application Form either online or offline.
    • Ensure that all details are filled in accurately along with the required documents.
  3. Interaction/Assessment

    • Depending on the grade or program, a student interaction session or entrance assessment may be conducted.
    • This helps us understand the student's aptitude and place them in the appropriate academic track.
  4. Confirmation of Admission

    • Based on interaction/assessment results and seat availability, admission will be confirmed.
    • Parents will receive a confirmation letter/email along with the next steps.
  5. Fee Payment

    • Once admission is confirmed, fee payment must be made as per the fee schedule.
    • Payment can be made through various modes including online payment gateway, bank transfer, or cheque.
  6. Orientation Session

    • An orientation session will be organized for new students and parents before the academic session begins.

Documents Required for Admission

Please keep the following documents ready during the admission process:

  • Recent passport-size photographs (Student & Parents)
  • Birth Certificate (Attested copy)
  • Previous academic year’s Report Card/Mark Sheet
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card (Student & Parents)
  • Address Proof (Utility bill / Voter ID / Passport)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport (for international students)

Note: All documents must be submitted as self-attested copies. Originals should be produced for verification during the admission process.


Admission Policies

  • Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after successful completion of assessment and document verification.
  • Submission of false or incomplete information will lead to cancellation of admission.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances (unless otherwise specified in the refund policy).
  • The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
  • Age eligibility criteria must be strictly adhered to as per guidelines.
